  2. I have a regular time slot (only twice a week at the moment). It's precious, my partner respects it when his work commitments allow, and I try my best to stick to it, no matter how grotty I feel before; it's worth it afterwards!

  3. I have to get up early and do it in the morning, before the kids wake up, as I know it will never happen in the evening!

  4. I walk my son to school now and try and do some exercise at home every day even if it is 15 minutes

  5. I tend to exercise first thing in the morning - that way I feel good for the rest of the day knowing I have done my quota!

  9. Eek - I don't unfortunately! Sorry not to be of any help! Get plenty of exercise running round after an energetic toddler if that helps! With 3 boys I'm sure you know that feeling!
