ReplyDeleteI have a regular time slot (only twice a week at the moment). It's precious, my partner respects it when his work commitments allow, and I try my best to stick to it, no matter how grotty I feel before; it's worth it afterwards!
ReplyDeleteI have to get up early and do it in the morning, before the kids wake up, as I know it will never happen in the evening!
ReplyDeleteI walk my son to school now and try and do some exercise at home every day even if it is 15 minutes
ReplyDeleteI tend to exercise first thing in the morning - that way I feel good for the rest of the day knowing I have done my quota!
ReplyDeleteI don't actually get time! And I am in desperate need of some exorcize haha.
ReplyDeleteWalking the children to school and going out on adventures at the weekend.
ReplyDeleteI do it as soon as the kids have gone to bed - it's a great way to wind down :)
ReplyDeleteI try to establish a pattern!
ReplyDeleteEek - I don't unfortunately! Sorry not to be of any help! Get plenty of exercise running round after an energetic toddler if that helps! With 3 boys I'm sure you know that feeling!
